Consignment Opportunity

Here are Tamarack Marketplace we are looking for new and exciting works to fill our consignment spaces. These spaces consist of areas in our Conference Center, Theatre Lobby, and various walls throughout our Retail areas where your work could have the chance to hang for a longer extension that our Gallery's exhibitions.
As the seasons change, so do our displays, and we are looking for handcrafted pieces that celebrate the beauty, mood, and colors of autumn. Whether your work reflects traditional fall imagery—like foliage, harvest, or seasonal celebrations—or explores more abstract interpretations of the season, we’d love to see your creations. Bring all your frames of the season for this chance to have your work featured in our extended collection!
This collection will run through the Fall months of 2025, after which a new collection will be assembled for the Winter months.
Be sure to read through the following checklist before continuing your application.
- Ensure your entries comply with our Gallery Guidelines, which are available by request.
- Sign in to your Submittable account.
- Enter name, address, and contact information in the provided text boxes below.
- Upload images of up to six (6) entries below. Multiple images of each entry are permissible for the purpose of showing fine details. Image submissions must be in .JPEG format. Image submissions must be in .JPEG format. Image submissions should be 300ppi and no larger than 2400x3000 pixels. Please name the file of each image that you are uploading with your last name and the title of the work, separated by an underscore. Example: "Lastname_Title".
- Be sure to include a title, medium, price, dimensions, and a brief description in the corresponding text boxes.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Submittable service if your application has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt, please contact the gallery office at 304-256-6843 ext. 7329/7343 or gallery@tamarackwv.com.
- Decision notifications will be distributed via Submittable as decisions are made. Appointments for drop-off for the accepted pieces can be scheduled here - Book time with Gallery.
